01 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and jom33 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by jom33.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the jom33 website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and all related services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by the User to access jom33 services.
• "Funds" — refers to the cash balance in the User's account, including real money and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, matched funds, or other rewards granted by jom33 subject to the promotional terms specified.
• "Wagering" — refers to the activity of placing bets on any game or sports event available on the platform.

JOM33 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.

02 Account Registration

To fully use jom33 services, you need to register a personal account. Registration is free and can be completed in under two minutes via our website or mobile app.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information including your full name, email address, phone number, and any other requested details. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

• Each bonus has a set validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

• JOM33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are signs of abuse, including opening multiple accounts or using betting strategies that contradict the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only net winnings that exceed the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

05 Game Rules

All games offered on the jom33 platform are operated by internationally licensed and certified providers. Game outcomes are generated randomly using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by third-party auditors.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a game round is completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, jom33 will refer to system logs to determine the valid outcome.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect that locked-in bet.
• JOM33 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect information, system errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and are clearly displayed on the game interface.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JOM33 platform:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or through another person.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any technological tools to exploit the game system or bonuses.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs without reporting them to JOM33.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Using a credit card or payment method that is invalid or does not belong to you.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

JOM33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. In such cases, JOM33 will notify the user via email or an in-account message.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account is closed, all eligible withdrawals will be processed subject to relevant compliance requirements.

• Valid funds in an account closed at the user's request will be returned within 5–10 business days.
• Funds in an account closed due to a terms violation may be fully forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
• Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register.

08 Limitation of Liability

JOM33 provides an online gaming platform as an entertainment service. We strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption; however, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions beyond our control.
